"Claudia called to set up an appointment to go over my life insurance policies to make sure everything was correct and that I didn’t need to make any changes. She offered to set up an appointment something like Zoom if I was unable to come in. We went over my policies on the phone. She confirmed some of the things that I already knew and told me a few things that either I forgot or I just didn’t know. Very helpful and a delight to speak with."

"Trouble getting this State Farm office to call the home office to find out what is going on. After speaking with this agents office I was told they cannot answer why my policy was changed without my consent and I would have to call the main office. I did call the main office and was told that my agent would need to find this out for me. I told the main office they told me you handled this and I am not calling back after I had already spoke to them with no help from them. So the main office called and spoke to the agents office and they called me back and said they opened an investigation because underwriting isn’t taking any responsibility for the changes made. Now this is so sad that it required 3 phones calls to get them to do their job. I have 5 cars and my home insured with State Farm. I believe that each person I had spoke to blamed someone else."
